In this serie CRUÈL portrays the absence of light. A world without light.
A world with bad politics, broken souls, fear, deconstruction, black & white, naked human bodies, happiness and war.
For FW20, CRUÈL has defined the silhouettes and styles with a deconstructed, black, white and transparent background. For this collection CRUÈL has used the emotion of fear and the transparency of optimism, as it’s inspiration source and has translated this through silhouettes and styles for the FW20 Demure Shadow collection.
In FW20 Serie Five CRUÈL gathers mother optimism to face the absence of light. Like an optimistic tree in the winter without it's leaves, waiting for the summer to rise and shine while facing the demure shadow.
In FW20 a new way of expressiveness has been created by the absence of light.
