Do you provide International delivery?

 

CRUÈL provides international deliveries to all our customers. CRUÈL offers Free Shipping worldwide.

How do I return an item?

 

We will accept returns for any reason. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned to our house. Within 14 days of receipt, orders may be returned and we will issue a refund. To send the item back please fill in the return form you received with your order and send it back to our address that is written on the form. Instructions on how to send it are on the return form.

  • All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • All products must be unworn and unwashed.

  • All products must have all original CRUÈL  tags still attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies, swimwear ,and pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

  • Shipping back to our house is at the customers' own cost.

  • Sale, in-house showroom/retail shop and Made in House items cannot be refunded, by exchange or returns, customers will receive a gift-card of the exact purchased order for future purchases if these are returned in the 14 days return policy of CRUÈL. By placing an order our customers agree with these terms (Sale, in-house showroom/retail shop and Made in House orders).

  • Save your tracking code link as proof of shipping.

If you do not like your new purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchased price, by mail to our house. We only accept undamaged, unaltered, unsoiled, unused, unworn and unwashed products (other than to try the product(s) on and in the same state that it was sold to you). Please note that where possible, any labels or tags must remain intact and attached. The product(s) should be returned in or with its original packaging.

What is your returns & exchange policy?

We are glad to offer you an exchange or refund when the product is defective, we will offer an exchange for unworn items returned in their original condition and packaging, with the return form filled in. Please be aware that all responsible return costs apply to the customer. Refunds and exchanges will only be given on items returned within 14 days of receipt.

Items that are returned as faulty and are showing signs of damage that are not the result of a manufacturing fault will not be accepted.

 

This includes accidental, malicious, or wearer-related damages. In addition, underwear briefs, bodies, swimwear, and pierced jewelry cannot

be returned or exchanged. As soon as we have received and

approved your return, it will take approximately 7 to 14 business days to process your refund.

How do I track my order?

 

After placing an order at CRUÈL, we will send you an e-mail with details about your order and a track & trace number so that you will be able to track your package.

When will my order be shipped after I placed my order?

CRUÈL ships within 1 to 3 days and offers Free Shipping worldwide.
