1. Executive Assistant (Core Team)
 

Type: Part-Time
Location: Europe – Physical / Remotely

You are the backbone of the brand. From organizing schedules to coordinating projects and ensuring smooth daily operations, you enable the core team to focus on creative and strategic priorities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing precision, proactivity, and discretion to make sure everything is handled

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to the founder and core team, including calendar management, emails, and correspondence

• Organize meetings, events, shows and internal/external communications with efficiency and professionalism

• Coordinate projects, tasks, and deadlines across departments to ensure alignment and follow-through

• Prepare briefs, reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed

• Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and collaborators, acting as a reliable point of contact

• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high standards of professionalism

• Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and streamline processes to maximize team productivity

2. Executive Content & Social Strategist (Core Team)

You are the visionary behind our brand’s voice. Your role is to conceptualize campaigns, generate ideas, and guide content creation so that every post, story, or campaign aligns with our brand identity. You focus on strategy and creativity, working closely with the team and external creators to bring concepts to life. You’re not just a planner,  you’re a brand storyteller who ensures everything we publish resonates and feels authentic.
 

Responsibilities:

• Develop content and social media strategies that reflect the brand’s vision and goals

• Generate creative campaign ideas and oversee their execution with the team or freelancers

• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other creatives to translate ideas into visuals and copy

• Maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual identity across all platforms

• Plan content calendars, ensuring alignment with marketing initiatives, launches, and events

• Monitor content performance, analyze results, and refine strategies for engagement and growth

• Stay up-to-date on social trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and fresh

3. Casting Director (Core Team)
 

Type: Part-Time
Location: Europe – Physical / Remotely

You shape the face of the brand. From scouting new talent to directing castings and ensuring the right presence on the runway or in campaigns, you bring together the personalities and looks that embody the vision. You balance instinct and strategy to create lineups that feel authentic, striking, and aligned with the brand’s world.
 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all casting processes for runway shows, campaigns, and events

• Scout and select models and talent who reflect the brand’s identity

• Manage casting calls, schedules, and communication with agencies and freelancers

• Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to match vision with talent

• Conduct fittings and coordinate with styling teams to ensure looks align with casting choices

• Provide on-site direction during shows, shoots, and events to guide models and talent

• Maintain strong industry relationships with agencies, scouts, and creative collaborators

4. Sales Associate - Runway Show Tours (Merch Team)

You’re the direct link between the brand and its audience during our show tours. As part of the merch team, you bring energy, style, and professionalism to every interaction. From setting up product displays to handling exclusive sales, you ensure the experience feels seamless, elevated, and true to the brand.
 

Responsibilities:

• Support the setup and breakdown of merchandise areas at runway show tour locations

• Engage with guests and clients, delivering excellent customer service with brand-aligned energy

• Handle on-site sales, transactions, and stock management

• Maintain product displays, ensuring a clean and premium presentation

• Assist with inventory tracking and reporting during tours

• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail

5. Dresser / Stylist Assistant – Runway Show Tours (Styling Team)

Type: Part-Time / Event-Based
Location: Europe / UK / US – On-Site (Tour Locations)

You are the hands and eyes of the styling team, making sure every look is flawless from backstage to the runway. Quick, organized, and calm under pressure, you assist the key stylist to bring each outfit to life, helping models shine and ensuring the show runs seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the key stylist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining outfits for shows and fittings

• Dress models efficiently and accurately according to styling directions

• Handle quick changes backstage with speed and precision

• Ensure all garments, accessories, and styling tools are accounted for and in perfect condition

• Support wardrobe management during tours and events, including steaming, ironing, and minor repairs

• Collaborate closely with production and casting teams to maintain smooth backstage flow​

6. Production Assistant – Runway Shows & Events (Core Team)

You keep the gears turning behind the scenes. From assisting with setup to managing logistics on the day, you ensure that every runway show, pop-up, and event runs smoothly. Organized, proactive, and ready to jump in wherever needed, you are the backbone of the production team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the production team with event and runway show setup, coordination, and execution

• Support backstage flow, including model preparation, styling, and wardrobe management

• Help manage schedules, vendor communications, and on-site logistics

• Monitor and restock supplies, equipment, and materials as needed

• Provide hands-on support during shows and events, responding quickly to any challenges

• Ensure all aspects of production align with brand standards and timelines​

7. Brand Partnerships Executive – Runway Shows, Events & Drops Campaigns (Core Team)

Location: Europe – Physical / Remotely

You are the brand’s connector and strategist. From influencers to partners to press, you identify opportunities, build relationships, and execute collaborations that amplify our presence across events, product drops, and campaigns. Strategic, proactive, and results-driven, you take ownership of outreach and bring the brand to new audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and secure collaborations with key influencers, partners, and media outlets

• Lead outreach strategies to grow ticket sales, online drops, product launches, and campaign engagement

• Negotiate and manage partnerships to maximize visibility and impact

• Track and analyze performance of collaborations and outreach initiatives, adjusting strategies for optimal results

• Collaborate closely with production, marketing, and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with brand vision

• Support on-site operations during events, pop-ups, and activations, ensuring smooth execution

• Act as a community-smart, proactive thinker who can spot opportunities and take initiative independently

8. Fashion Designer Assistant (Core Team)

You are the right hand of our fashion designer, helping bring concepts to life and ensuring the smooth execution of collections. You thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment and support both the design and production process while learning and growing within the brand.

• Assist the fashion designer with sketches, tech packs, and design documentation

• Coordinate fittings, sample reviews, and feedback sessions

• Support sourcing of fabrics, trims, and materials for collections

• Help manage timelines, deadlines, and production schedules

• Assist in preparation for runway shows, photoshoots, and presentations

• Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure design consistency

• Maintain organized records of designs, samples, and project files
