1. Executive Assistant (Core Team)
Type: Part-Time
Location: Europe – Physical / Remotely
You are the backbone of the brand. From organizing schedules to coordinating projects and ensuring smooth daily operations, you enable the core team to focus on creative and strategic priorities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing precision, proactivity, and discretion to make sure everything is handled
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support to the founder and core team, including calendar management, emails, and correspondence

Organize meetings, events, shows and internal/external communications with efficiency and professionalism

Coordinate projects, tasks, and deadlines across departments to ensure alignment and follow-through

Prepare briefs, reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed

You focus on strategy and creativity, working closely with the team and external creators to bring concepts to life. Responsibilities:

From scouting new talent to directing castings and ensuring the right presence on the runway or in campaigns, you bring together the personalities and looks that embody the vision. You balance instinct and strategy to create lineups that feel authentic, striking, and aligned with the brand’s world.
Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all casting processes for runway shows, campaigns, and events

Scout and select models and talent who reflect the brand’s identity

Manage casting calls, schedules, and communication with agencies and freelancers

4. Sales Associate - Runway Show Tours (Merch Team)

You’re the direct link between the brand and its audience during our show tours. As part of the merch team, you bring energy, style, and professionalism to every interaction. From setting up product displays to handling exclusive sales, you ensure the experience feels seamless, elevated, and true to the brand.
Responsibilities:

Support the setup and breakdown of merchandise areas at runway show tour locations

Engage with guests and clients, delivering excellent customer service with brand-aligned energy

Handle on-site sales, transactions, and stock management

5. Dresser / Stylist Assistant – Runway Show Tours (Styling Team)

You are the hands and eyes of the styling team, making sure every look is flawless from backstage to the runway. Quick, organized, and calm under pressure, you assist the key stylist to bring each outfit to life, helping models shine and ensuring the show runs seamlessly.
Responsibilities:

Assist the key stylist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining outfits for shows and fittings

Dress models efficiently and accurately according to styling directions

Handle quick changes backstage with speed and precision

Ensure all garments, accessories, and styling tools are accounted for and in perfect condition

Support wardrobe management during tours and events, including steaming, ironing, and minor repairs

You keep the gears turning behind the scenes. From assisting with setup to managing logistics on the day, you ensure that every runway show, pop-up, and event runs smoothly. Organized, proactive, and ready to jump in wherever needed, you are the backbone of the production team.

You are the brand’s connector and strategist. From influencers to partners to press, you identify opportunities, build relationships, and execute collaborations that amplify our presence across events, product drops, and campaigns. Strategic, proactive, and results-driven, you take ownership of outreach and bring the brand to new audiences.
Responsibilities:
